Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by the order dated 06.09.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4535 of 2018 (Chandrika Ram Vs. State of Bihar & Ors.).

In view of the above, let the Authority should consider the case of the present petitioner and the case of aforesaid Chandrika Ram (supra) and if it is found that the fact, law and prayer of the present case is identical to the aforesaid case of Chandrika Ram, the same relief shall also be granted to the present petitioner as has been given to Chandrika Ram.
