Patna High Court CWJC No.23049 of 2018(2) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 the Managing Director, BISCOUMAN, Patna for redressal of their grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioners / their legal representatives approach the Respondent No. 2, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the Respondent No. 2 shall pass a reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
