JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 3 (I) (X) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The accusation against the petitioners is to have abused the informant by calling caste name.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the informant's husband is accused in Raniganj P.S. Case No. 98 of 2015 lodged at earlier point of time by the sister of the petitioners for murdering the brother-in-law of the petitioners, hence as a retaliatory measure, the present case has been lodged. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

No.4461 of 2016 (2) dt.01-02-2016 2/2 petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 150 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
