JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 692C of 2016 registered under Sections 420/120B of the IPC.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a member of the Executive Committee of the district level of the Bihar Secondary School Teachers Association and the complainant is a teacher who also fought the election but lost and so he has instituted the false case of misappropriation of the amount of the Samiti. The allegation is that the Samiti is not following the procedure. The petitioner is in government service and is employed as a school teacher. The petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49980 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Gopal Kumar Jha in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Supaul in connection with Complaint PS Case No. 692C of 2016.
