Petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.10.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that general and vague accusation has been levelled against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to resume his conjugal life. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
