The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/ 149/341/342/323/307/353/333/427/504/506/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except, general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner that he was part of the crowd which surrounded the Circle Officer, the informant of the present case, there is no further overtact attributed to this petitioner. He submits that the crowd had come not on the instigation of this petitioner rather he was one of those persons who has tried to save the Circle Officer.

No.52194 of 2015 (2) dt.01-03-2016 P2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Katihar in connection with Kadwa (Balia Belone) P.S. Case No. 54/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
