ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2019 in connection with G.O. Case No.10 of 2019 arising out of Jalley P.S. Case No.01 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that he has been made an accused in another case of similar nature, in which he has already been extended the privilege of bail.

Considering the aforementioned facts and
