The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 19423 of 2020, which stood dismissed for non-compliance of peremptory order dated 23.06.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, the defect could not be removed within the specific period and on 12.07.2023, an affidavited hard copy of the brief had been filed before the registry. 4.

In view of the averment made in the paragraph no. 9 of the restoration petition, the prayer for restoration is allowed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67784 of 2024(2) dt.13-09-2024 2/2 and Cr. Misc. No. 19423 of 2020 is restored to its original file and office is also directed to verify the same. 5.

Ten days' further time is granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner to comply with the order dated 23.06.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19423 of 2020. 6.

Accordingly, the restoration petition stands disposed of.
