JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 10-01-2019 It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that dues in respect of CPF for his services rendered under the District Rural Development Authority has been paid to him. It is only the issue of statutory interest which is remaining in the matter since it is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that no statutory interest has been paid to the petitioner.

In view of the limited issue remaining in the proceedings, writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 i.e., the head of the District Rural Development Authority to make payment of statutory dues on account of interest in respect of CPF amounts paid to the petitioner within a period of three months from receipt/production of a copy of this order along with the statement showing details of the admissible dues
