JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 10-01-2019 Petitioner's claim in the instant writ petition is for grant of benefit of second ACP in the scale of Rs. 6500-10500/- meant for Plant Protection Officer and consequential enhancement of other future benefits and granting the benefits in higher scale in respect of 3rd ACP in Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-. He submits that the Empowered Committee had not taken any decision in the matter though the application was submitted before the Committee vide Annexure 1 which is dated 24.08.2015. Petitioner has also submitted a reminder thereafter but no decision has been taken. In order to facilitate early

If such application is filed before the respondent no. 2 within four weeks from today, the respondent no. 2 shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law having regard to the extant Rule/provision in this regard within a period of four months thereafter, and pay any amount to which petitioner may be found entitled. With the aforesaid liberty and directions, writ petition is disposed off.
