The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 23 of 2017 registered under Sections 379, 447, 411, 420, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the confessional statement of co-accused. He has no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50876 of 2017 (3) dt.08-12-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge-VII-cum-A.C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S.
