2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 104/2025 dated 15.06.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/s 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109(1) and 352 of the B.N.S.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant's son Reyaz Alam and grand-son Chand Alam alongwith one Mithilesh Kumar together went to attend a party. When they were returning, at Kathaiya Chowk, the petitioner and the coaccused persons along with 5-10 unknown persons at 9:30 P.M. dashed the motorcycle and started abusing. On protest by the informant's son, all the accused persons with intention to kill attacked them with knife due to which Reyaz Alam sustained stab wound on his head and shoulder, Chand Alam and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60802 of 2025(2) dt.15-09-2025 2/2 Mithilesh sustained stab wound on their shoulder and got badly injured. Thereafter, the injured were taken to the hospital for treatment.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel has submitted that the injuries of the injured are simple in nature. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 104/2025.
7. The application stands allowed.
