1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For direction to the respondent authorities particularly the respondent District Magistrate, Gaya and the Civil Surgeon-cumChief Medical Officer, Gaya to allow the petitioner to submit his joining on Group-D post as per recommendation made by the D.M, Gaya vide letter no.-939 dated 05.09.2019 and order bearing memo no.- 3596 dated 16.09.2019 issued by the Civil Surgeon-cumChief Medical Officer, Gaya. (II) For direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.13423 of 2023(2) dt.26-02-2024 2/2 dated 15.10.2019 and allow him to join as Group-D employee under the respondent Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Gaya and ensure payment of salary etc. to the petitioner as has been allowed to other similarly situated persons."
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gaya for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
