JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-09-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 392 of 2019, disclosing offences under Section 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is of recovery of 2.5 litres of country made liquor from the house of petitioner no. 1 and allegation of recovery of 5 litres of country made liquor from the house of petitioner no. 2 Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that their husbands have already been made accused in this case and the petitioners have falsely been made accused in this case having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 02nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 392 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
