The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Hassanpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged disputes. Further he

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hassanpur P.S. Case No. 74 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
