JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant as well as injured Priti Kumari. The informant sustained one injury appears to be simple in nature whereas injured Priti Kumari too sustained one injury on her toes and the said injury appears to be grievous in nature. There is a case and counter case between the parties and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 6.08.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-III, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura
