The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation regarding his grievance mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 4.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 4 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no. 4 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks

The writ petition is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. It is needless to state that in case any outstanding dues are found payable, then the same shall be paid within a period of four weeks of passing of the final decision.
