JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State as well as Purnia Nagar Nigam. In the present case, the petitioners are claiming that their case is squarely covered by the judgment and order dated 27.09.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3933 of 2017 (Amit Kumar Rastogi & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.). In such view of the matter, let the Purnia Nagar Nigam examine the case of the present petitioners vis-a-vis the case of the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 3933 of 2017 (Amit Kumar Rastogi & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and if it is

Patna High Court CWJC No.22587 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 found that the facts, prayer and law of cases are identical, in such circumstance, the present petitioners will be given the same benefit as has been given to the petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 3933 of 2017 within a period of four months. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
