JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P. S. Case No. 127 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 313, 504, 506, 498(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner No. 1, namely, Anil Malakar has already withdrawn his prayer and so far as remaining petitioners are
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53013 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 concerned, they happen to be in-laws of the informant and no specific overt-act has been attributed against them, accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P. S. Case No. 127 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC.
