The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 224, 225, 332, 333, 353, 307, 109, 379, 511, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioners forcibly released co-accused Manoj Sah from the custody of the police official. They also made assault to the police party and tried to snatch rifle of the police force. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69561 of 2021(2) dt.19-07-2022 2/2 further submits that they have not committed any offence. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68367 of 2021. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Jogapatti P.S. Case No. 146 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
