By order dated 29.03.2010, the present writ application was to be listed after disposal of L.P.A. No. 28 of 2010. The aforesaid L.P.A. No. 28 of 2010 has been disposed of vide order dated 28.04.2010.
The following reliefs have been sought for in the present writ application.
"I. For issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of „Mandamus‟ directing and commanding the respondents to pay the salary of the petitioners on the post of Panchayat Shikshak with effect from 15.2.2007.
II. For issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of „Mandamus‟ directing the concern respondents not
Patna High Court CWJC No.8053 of 2008 (3) dt.17-08-2017 2/2 to disturb the function of petitioners on the post of Panchayat Shikshak in view of the selection of petitioners bearing letter no. 6 and 7 dated 14.2.2007 and in view of acceptance of joining of the petitioners dated 15.2.2007.
III. For issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of an appropriate writ to negate the letter bearing memo no. 214 dt. 12.11.2007 issued by the D.S.E., Buxar and letter no. 104 dated 13.3.2008 issued by the B.E.O., Marauna so far petitioners are concern and allow the petitioners on their selected and appointed post of Shiksha Mitra."
The issue relating to the present writ application has already been dealt with by the Division Bench in L.P.A. No. 28 of 2010 vide order dated 28.04.2010.
