1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that accused persons including the petitioners in the name of getting government employment took Rs. 6,50,000/- from the informant and similarly collected an amount of Rs. 58,95,000/- from 13

No.57311 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/3 persons and gave forged joining letters of income tax and Railways, thereafter a panchayati was held and the accused persons accepted their guilt based on which an agreement was entered on a stamp paper that accused will return an amount of Rs. 25,00,000/- by 23-6-2024 and rest amount in installments, but then the amount was not returned.
4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioners completely deny the allegations as alleged in the FIR. It is also submitted that even presuming what has been alleged is true without admitting, then the informant is also culpable of committing a criminal offence as he himself accepts that for getting government job through backdoor, he paid an amount of Rs. 6,50,000/-. It is further submitted that Krishnawati Devi had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No. 49431 of 2025 and the same was allowed by an order dated 11.08.2025.
5. The learned APP for the State opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57311 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 3/3 event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Srinagar Pujaha P.S. Case No. 102 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
