2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 211 of 2025 instituted for the offences under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that on the alleged date and time of occurrence, the co-accused Kamal Kishore Singh started assaulting the informant's brother with bamboo and, in the meantime, all the accused persons including the petitioner also came and started assaulting the informant's brother with lathi-danda. It is further alleged that on the orders of co-accused Kamal Kishore Singh, co-accused Tarni Rishi Dev started

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent lady and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. The specific allegation is against co-accused Kamal Kishore Singh. Learned counsel further submitted that, as a matter of fact, the deceased was a drug addict and due to which he was suffering from liver disease and the same has been opined to be the cause of death as the injuries sustained by the deceased were not sufficient to cause death in the ordinary course of nature. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2025 and has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner being lady having no direct allegation as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 211 of 2025.
