30-03-2017 Sri Rabindra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Smt. Jahan Ara, learned counsel for the opposite party/Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition so that the petitioner may file fresh writ petition, since earlier writ petition was not dismissed on merit, but it was dismissed due to non-prosecution. Learned counsel for the petitioner is conscious of the last paragraph of the order dated 03-07-2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 140 of 2011, whereby, while dismissing the writ petition for default, this Court had indicated not to restore the case.
