The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chhabailapur (Rajgir) P. S. Case No. 61 of 2015 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the finding of the Deputy Superintendent of Police attached to the office of Lokayukt that the petitioner was appointed on the post of teacher on the basis of a forged certificate obtained in the name of his own brother, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
