Patna High Court CWJC No.17310 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner has submitted on instruction that the petitioner will comply with the demand raised by the State under the legal notice dated 28.06.2019 within a period of four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted that on the petitioner's depositing the entire amount in terms of the legal notice dated 28.06.2019 as contained in Annexure '12' to the writ application, the required lease deed of the land in question shall be executed and vacant and unencumbered possession thereof will be handed over to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of the aforesaid demand. If either of the parties commits breach of the undertaking and the agreement they will be free to proceed in terms of the contract.

The writ application is disposed off.
