2. The petitioner's issue originally was her transfer from Bhabua Branch to Sasaram Branch. She was claiming parity with certain others in whose case the Bank had acknowledged their difficulties and given posting accordingly. After indulgence being granted to the Bank to examine the petitioner's case also the Bank has come out with an order (Annexure-22) transferring the petitioner to Kewa Branch,

Patna High Court CWJC No.15062 of 2022(9) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 which is to the liking of the petitioner and which has been complied.

An offshoot of these proceedings is initiation of a departmental proceedings against the petitioner by a charge memo dated 14-09-2022 (Annexure-16) for non- compliance with the earlier order of transfer from Bhabua Branch to Sasaram Branch and unauthorized absence for a period of 106 days. This Court will not comment on the merits of the said proceedings since it is not in dispute that the petitioner has already been penalized in the said proceeding by an order of punishment dated 29-12-2022 (Annexure-20 to the I.A. No. 1 of 2023), which also is pending consideration in appeal before the competent authority in the Bank.

4. Since no issue survives in the writ petition and the petitioner would be pursuing her remedies in accordance with law, the writ petition is disposed of.
