JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to exhaust any other remedy available to him under the law being faced with the issue of delay and latches since the petitioner has approached this Court after a lapse of about 25 years of passing of the order of discharge.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
