The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul Nadi P.S. Case No.8 of 2019 registered under Sections 41, 323, 498A, 304B, 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the petitioner being the husband killed his wife and disposed off her body for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present even though some of his other relatives has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.
