ANJANA PRAKASH) 22-06-2016 This appeal has been preferred by the Appellant against the Judgment dated 01.06.2015 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge-I, Vaishali at Hajipur, in Sessions Trial No. 87 of 1992 arising out of Sarai P.S. Case No. 16 of 1990, whereby the learned Sessions Judge acquitted the respondents from the charges under Sections 147, 324, 326 and 307 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having gone through the Judgment of acquittal, we find no reason to allow the appeal.
