JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-11-2019 The petitioners, who are the parents-in-law of the complainant/opposite party No. 2, seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2241 of 2016 in which cognizance has been taken against them under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Mr. Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned Advocate for the petitioners has submitted that only because the petitioners are the parents of the husband of the complainant/opposite party No. 2, they have been made accused in this case but without any specific accusation.

Considering the age of the petitioners and the vague accusation against them, the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the present order, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-
