The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and has antecedent of two cases and the informant alleges that some unknown thieves committed theft in 3 houses including the house of the informant and stolen mobiles. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and nothing was recovered from his possession and is student of B.A. Part-I in Ram Kishore Singh College, Rohtas and is 18 years and 10 months old. Learned counsel further submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69635 of 2021(2) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 if the petitioner will remain in custody, his entire career would jeopardize and would also come in the company of criminals. The learned A.P.P. vehemently opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact the petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and is a young boy and is a student, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2020.

The application stands allowed.
