JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-08-2017 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the selection of respondent no. 7 on the post of Anganwari Sevika for Village Dariapur Gram Panchayat Bhadausi, Ghat Kusumbha, District Sheikhpura; and for a direction to the respondents to issue selection letter for the aforesaid post of Anganwari Sevika to the petitioner.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioner despite repeated calls.

3. Learned counsel for the State refers to paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit to submit that the case of the petitioner was not fit for consideration in absence of result of her Intermediate Examination

Patna High Court CWJC No.19431 of 2010 dt.08-08-2017 2/2 which was provided to the Selection Committee after expiry of date of submission of the application form i.e. on 04.06.2009 after publication of the merit list.

4. The stand of the State has not been controverted and no rejoinder has been filed on behalf of the petitioner.

5. In the above view of the matter, the writ petition being devoid of merit is dismissed.
