This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 11.5.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 18156 of 2018.

Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 11.5.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 18156 of 2018 in which he was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but he could not surrender within time as he had gone out of State to earn his livelihood, and, hence, pray that time be extended for further four weeks to surrender in the court below.

No.70428 of 2018(2) dt.28-11-2018 2/2 In such circumstances, further four weeks' time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order to surrender before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Begusarai, in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No. 251 of 2017 in terms of order dated 11.5.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 18156 of 2018.
