This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Teghra P.S. Case N0. 354 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 363,364,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner No.1 is father-in-law of the victim, whereas petitioner No.2 is brother of the husband of the victim. Mother of the victim is the informant, who has alleged in the FIR that the victim was found traceless and she suspected that the husband of the victim might have played role in making the victim traceless.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that there is matrimonial discord between the said victim and her husband and these petitioners have been unnecessarily implicated in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56388 of 2019(2) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 present criminal case.

Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, a case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. This application is allowed.

Let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand)each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Teghra P.S. Case No. 354 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall present themselves before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on their part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
