The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 379, 494, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and the terms of settlement is mutually agreed upon by the parties. The detailed terms of settlement is enclosed in the mediation report, annexed as Flag- (B) of the bail application.
Learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 is directed to act upon the terms of settlement, enclosed in the mediation report.
