JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2022 The learned District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara has submitted that the then Circle Officer, Garhani Agiyaw, DistrictBhojpur has already been suspended and as far as the present case is concerned, appropriate final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, shall be passed, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, after considering the show cause reply/objection of the petitioners, which according to the Ld. Counsel for the petitioners shall be filed by the petitioners within a period of four weeks from today.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
