2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application.

4. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

5. However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned trial court in connection with aforesaid case within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned trial court, without being prejudiced by this order, shall examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
