Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1864 of 2018(2) dt.20-10-2022 2/2 husband is working as a Probationary Officer in the Bank of Baroda and has been earning by way of salary more than Rs. 50,000/- per month in terms of the salary slip issued in the year 2018. He further submits that a petition has been filed by the wife-petitioner in the same court for enhancement of the interim maintenance, which is still pending.

Be that as it may, without interfering with the order of interim maintenance, I direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani to dispose the maintenance case finally in accordance with law after taking into consideration the materials produced by the parties before it within a period of four months positively.

With the above observation, this application stands disposed of.
