Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to direction of the District Education Officer, East Champaran, Motihari, enquiry was held and enquiry report was submitted by the District Education Officer, but no final decision was taken by the District Education Officer, East Champaran, Motihari on the enquiry report (Annexures- 5 and 6). In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent District Education Officer,
