The present case has been registered under various sections of Arms Act against the petitioners on the accusation that one country made loaded pistol was recovered beneath their bed when police party raided their house to nab them in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 548 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
