2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Manhar P.S. Case No. 203 of 2024 dated 21.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable u/s 323, 341, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted Ramvir Singh by means of Farsa due to which he sustained head injuries. The other coaccused persons also assaulted Ramvir Singh and other persons due to which they also sustained injuries.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. Both parties are agnates and in the background of the land dispute, an altercation took place between the parties in which both sides have sustained injuries. From perusal of the injury report of Ramvir Singh, it appears that he has sustained two injuries. The injury No. 1 which is alleged to be caused by the assault by the petitioner is opined as simple in nature by the doctor. However, the injury NO. 2 is grievous in nature but it is not attributed against the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 23.06.2023. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned Counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for Bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62338 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 3/3 bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Manhar P.S. Case No. 203 of 2024.
