Learned counsel for the Customs Department is present.

The petitioner claims disobedience of the order dated 15.5.2013 passed by this Court in MJC (Modification Petition) No. 2555 of 2013, arising out of an order dated 4.4.2013 passed in CWJC No. 5295 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the Customs Department submits that the earlier order dated 4.4.2013 passed in CWJC No. 5295 of 2013 was alleged to have been violated and for which MJC No. 2946 of 2013 was filed and the same was dismissed after hearing learned counsels for the petitioner and for the Customs

Patna High Court MJC No.3324 of 2013 (2) dt.27-04-2016 Department by order dated 22.1.2014 on the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the consignment of the petitioner had been released and, therefore, the order dated 4.4.2013 stood complied with.

In the above circumstances, the contempt application is dismissed.
