Should a representation/appeal be filed by the petitioner before the District Magistrate, Kaimur, Bhabua
Patna High Court CWJC No.24447 of 2018(3) dt.03-02-2020 2/2 within a period of two weeks, the same shall be entertained by him and after affording hearing to the necessary parties, he shall dispose of such appeal/representation within a period of sixty days thereafter by a reasoned order.
Needless to state that no order shall be passed without hearing the respondent no. 7.
