JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties on account of admitted land dispute. Injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. During investigation, none of the witnesses has supported the allegations levelled against these petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35198 of 2017(4) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 within a period of four weeks fro2017m today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
