JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that deceased wanted to marry with the daughter of petitioner, who happens to be close relative of wife of the deceased and furthermore, deceased used to come at the house of the petitioner. It appears that except the aforesaid material and suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7553 of 2016 (2) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 89 of 2015.
