The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

18 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a gunny bag, which was loaded on a motorcycle. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of the said motorcycle. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the
