====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dighalbank P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The case diary of the present case is called for and received. Perusal of case diary particularly the statement of the victim girl clearly indicates the involvement of the petitioner in the offence and she has specifically named the petitioner having kidnapped her and also indulged in illegal sexual acts. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the application is, accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) uma/- U T
