The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party nos.3 to 6, by referring to the averments made in the show cause filed on behalf of the aforesaid opposite parties, submits that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid submissions. In above view of the matter, the present MJC application is dismissed as infructuous.

Patna High Court MJC No.159 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 However, if the petitioner is at all aggrieved by the order passed by the competent authority, in the light of the order of the Writ Court, then he shall be at liberty to assail the validity and correctness of the aforesaid order in an appropriate proceeding before an appropriate forum/court.
