The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No. 87 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 395 of 2022 registered under Section 7of the Essential Commodities Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on basis of suspicion. Further submission is that there is no any complaint against this petitioner by any of the consumers. He also submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61563 of 2022(2) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate-II, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No. 87 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No. 395 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
